Treat Boutique endeavours to make sure all our customers are happy with their order, however, if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please do email us and we can arrange a return. All returns and damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving them. Any damaged items must be reported in an email with a picture attached.
We have a 14 day return policy, where the item will need to be sent back to us, in an unused condition with tags still attached. We do not cover return postage costs unless the item was received faulty or broken. After 14 days damaged or missing items cannot be claimed for.
